The fish have been turning up in the inner marsh and have been biting almost everywhere. The usual spots are Battle Ground Bay, 2nd and 3rd Bays, along with some of the dead end canals. Some trout are still showing up in Grande Point Bay and American Bay but as the month moves along they will be settling in the winter holes. The last cold front brought a lot of wind and the fish have slowed some but will be biting as soon as this weather clears out. Most people are using live shrimp and dead bait but some reports say that the chartreuse beetle has been producing limits as well. We hope to see you soon and drive safely.
